My name is Andreja Penko, a licensed tourist guide with a lot of experience in working at major tourist centres in Slovenia, such as Predjama cave castle and Park of military history. As an archeologist I have a deep understanding of history and geography of Slovenia, (especially in my home Inner-karst region) but I never force information upon people.
I tell interesting facts by telling legends, myths and other stories. As a freelance tourist guide I offer personal guided tours in the Inner-karst region of Slovenia, famous for amazing caves and other karst phenomena, such as intermittent lakes. Upon your request I will prepare a costumized road plan that can include a visit to must see attractions like Postojna cave or hidden gems that are a mystery even to many locals. I will personally guide you through the region by telling you interesting stories from culture, history and nature
