The State Hermitage is one of the biggest art and culture museums of the world. Founded by Catherine the Great in 1764, the Hermitage museum occupies six buildings, including famous Winter Palace, the former residence of the Russian Imperial family. The collection of the museum consists of works of such masters as Leonardo Da Vinci, Titian, Raphael, Rembrandt, Poussain, Monet, Renoir.
