Hello! Let me introduce myself. My name's Andrea Celletti and I'm from Firenze.
I have a First Class degree with honours in Art History from the University of Siena.
After university I obtained post university degrees in art and history. Over the years I have become fluent in English, and so, in addition to my work as a tour guide, I also work as Art History & Italian language teacher.
It goes without saying that I am also a fully qualified and licensed as a Tour Guide for Florence's City and Province in both English and Spanish (since 1991). I'm also a a fully qualified Driver Guide. My curiosity and insatiable desire to learn new things have led me to cultivate a particular interest in art and local history. I have long worked together with the major institutions, the City Council, museums, associations and regional park authorities, in order to find out more about the exceptional cultural and natural heritage of my city and province so that I can teach others about it with awareness and professional skill.
Since 1991 I have offered personalized guide services in Tuscany to hundreds of people, travelling as individuals, couples or groups, introducing them to our spectacular landscape, our magnificent "art cities", and to our wines, food and culture. I look forward to sharing my love for the art and history of Tuscany by exploring it with you. As wetour we will follow a number of charming, interesting and evocative classical routes through Tuscany, exploring the best known Tuscany cities and towns. Other routes are designed so you can discovering typical Tuscany wine (Chianti) and food. Following still other routes we will encounter ancient churches, hermitages and abbeys. I will work with you before you arrive to make sure your itinerary meets your greatest expectations. Through this process we will create programs that will leave you with enchanted memories of Tuscany.
