One can combine, together with the visit to the Doge’s Palace, its halls and its paintings, the Secret Itineraries tour, where you can enter the places where the government of the Serenissima Repubblica carried out its justice: the torture chambers, the cells where Giacomo Casanova was imprisoned, the room above the Great Council of Venice and the attachment system of the large paintings of the ceiling.

After this visit we will continue with the Doge's Palace and its big rich rooms, like La Sala dello Scrutinio, la Sala del Senato decorated by Jacopo tintoretto and Paolo Veronese; la Sala del Maggior Consiglio that is the biggest and largest public room in Europe; the Doge's apartament - where there's an unusual fresco by Tiziano Vecellio -and than La Scala dei Giganti, and the big court with two venetian wells.
