I just love my native Ireland and know my country very well.
I have had several interesting trips abroad to Africa,Nepal and my favourite was to Antarctica in 2004 to follow the footsteps of the Irish Antarctic explorer Tom Crean. We visited the Falkland Islands and South Georgia when our ship hit a rock. Meet me to hear the rest of this story and more!
Through my years living on the Dingle peninsula I met several Antartic descendants which was so interesting and inspiring
I went back to University in 2005 for three years to learn more for my work. I just love the archaeology of Ireland it is so broad and fascinating. It is so enriching to learn more about my country thriough its archeology and the celtic studies was a perfect compliment to learn where we came from. I love to sing in choral groups in my free time.
I love just to be in the magic of nature especially by the sea which is where I am lucky enough to live by right now. I regularly go hillwalking with friends to old favourite hikes and discover new ones.
