  Inspired by my travels abroad, I own and manage a hotel restaurant in the Beaune area of Burgundy for 10 years. I left this industry to set out on a series of adventures for the deluxe US biking tour company Duvine Adventures.
  I worked as a tour leader and developer – exploring the wine regions of France and even participating in a couple of Tour de France cycling event.
  In 2005, Wines Travel was formed. Born out of a combined love of wine and travel, I sought to find a way to share my passion for travel and fantastical experiences by offering unique and guided behind-the-scenes journeys through Burgundy. As the company evolved, I decided to bring a sophisticated touch to my wine tours, by incorporating lifestyle travel concepts – offering an in-depth look at local culture and establishments. Shortly thereafter, following the success of my tours in Burgundy, I included the French, Swiss and Italian countrysides.
