My name is Lloyd Evans. I am a UK expat living in Croatia with my Croatian wife Dijana. We are both professional translators and interpreters, and we enjoy showing tourists (and tourist groups) around the Sisak area of Croatia where we live.

We moved here in 2009 to be closer to my wife's family, and enjoy the serenity and slower pace of life in this part of the world. Central Croatia also boasts fine weather with long summers, and some stunning scenery and wildlife.

We live in a small rural community in the village of Komarevo, just south of Sisak, about an hour's drive from the nearest airport in Zagreb. We run our business from our home, and enjoy excursions to the coast to make the most of the warm weather whenever we have the opportunity.

My personal interests include wine-making, assisting with the yearly harvest, as well as following sport (mostly football) from back home in the UK. I am also a keen lover of music. I can play the guitar and drums and have also written and recorded music previously.
