If you are fortunate to visit Ottawa in the winter then the Winter tour is a must. The tour involves experiencing typical winter activities in Ottawa. We will first take a scenic drive along the Rideau Canal where you will marvel at the number of people skating, eating and resting by the wood stoked fires on the canal. Then we will strap on ice skates and skate as long as we want. When we're tired, we'll enjoy beaver tail pastries and hot chocolat while sitting by a warm fire with other skaters. Afterwards we will go a short drive away to the Arboretum where we will go sliding down a snow covered hill in a toboggan. The view is beautiful at the top of the hill where you can see the canal down below with people skating by. The day ends with a traditional French Canadian dinner across the river in Gatineau.
